With over 15 years of experience in financial and operational leadership, Giovanna is dedicated to driving value for Aeroates’ clients and ensuring success across all areas of the business.

Giovanna is a CPA warrant holder and a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malta Institute of Accountants. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Suffolk, which has equipped her with strong expertise in strategic leadership and financial management.

Throughout her career, Giovanna has gained significant experience in managing financial and operational functions, optimising organisational performance, and ensuring compliance with complex regulations. Her background in financial strategy, HR management, and business development now supports her work in addressing the evolving needs of the aviation industry.

Debby manages accounts, payroll, and administrative workflows at Aeroates, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.

With 20 years of experience in business administration, Debby has a strong foundation in finance, operations, and office coordination. She holds qualifications in Business and Administration Management and has focused on finance for the past four years. Her comprehensive background supports the financial backbone of the company.

Tracy oversees HR operations, client relationships, and compliance at Aeroates, playing a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory alignment and positive workplace culture.

She brings extensive HR experience, particularly in employment law, employee relations, and organisational development. Tracy is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing environments and ensuring our people processes meet the highest standards.

Szabina supports HR service delivery at Aeroates through contract management, employee onboarding, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

With a BA in Human Resources Management and a professional background rooted in airline operations. Her passion for aviation and her ability to bridge admin and client needs make her a valuable asset to the team.
