On the 20th of June, Aeroates was pleased to join leading aviation companies at this year’s MCAST Open Day to engage with future students and aviation enthusiasts, offering insights into career opportunities within the aviation industry. There were many organisations present at the event, creating an informative space for students interested in exploring ways to start their aviation journey.

Throughout the event, Aeroates representatives offered practical guidance on how Aeroates can be a future employer, along with insights into training and career opportunities within the aviation industry. One job description that received the most interest during the event was crewing positions. These roles play a critical part in managing airline schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Students still deciding on their course of study and those thinking about changing careers were among the many people who attended the MCAST Open Day. Regarding the requirements and entry points for aviation jobs like pilots, engineers, and cabin staff, many visitors had particular questions. Our on-site staff provided valuable information on academic and career training opportunities, along with details about industry certifications and in-demand skills.

In addition to outlining how key players, such as Aeroates, collaborate with operators, including ACMI providers and airlines, to streamline HR, compliance, and recruitment processes, we will also highlight the added value these partnerships bring to operational efficiency and regulatory adherence. Discussions focused on how prospective professionals might develop their CVs, gain experience, and advance in the industry over time. The goal was to inspire as well as to educate.
